トランペットズッキーニって知ってますか？

池尻大橋にある、某イタリアンレストランは、ローカルなイタリアのレシピを再現した楽しい料理を出してくれるとか。そこに通う友人から送られてきたトランペットズッキーニの一品の写真にびっくり。それを私なりに試作を繰り返して再現してみました。

クセのないふんわりした甘みに、アンチョビとニンニクでアクセント。コリコリした食感は、普通のズッキーニとは別物です。

A friend sent me a photo of a trumpet zucchini dish from an Italian restaurant in Ikejiri-Ohashi. I was so intrigued that I decided to recreate it in my own way, through several rounds of experimenting.

Its delicate sweetness is beautifully complemented by anchovy and garlic. And the crisp, crunchy texture is unlike that of ordinary zucchini.
